Pirate's Secret® Essential Oils 

Your Pirate's Secret® Essential Oil products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 7 days to reach your doorstep, (2 to 3 days if you chose priority) Pirate's Secret® Essential Oils are shipped with the following carriers:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping policy for clothing items, accessories, or any items that are not Essential Oils:

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point it takes 10 to 20 days for items to arrive.

As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at PiratesSecret.com has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
